Randy Yount, CMRP
Reliability Consultant, Noble Reliability
As a reliability consultant for Noble Reliability, Randy has worked in many industries to solve maintenance problems and increase reliability. Growing up working in the oil fields of West Texas, he understands the importance of good first line maintenance. In addition to technical expertise, especially in lubrication, he brings to the table many years of experience as a business executive in small companies and Fortune 500 corporations. Because changing people, processes, equipment, and other elements to achieve sustainable reliability improvements requires resources, his approach to 'No Bull' profitable reliability always answers 3 questions: 1) Technically, can it and should it be done? 2) Is it sustainable? and 3) What is the return for the company? A former United States Army officer, Randy is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and is certified as a Level I and II Machine Lubricate Analyst (MLA I&II). He holds 2 patents in fluid filtration methodologies. Randy earned a Master of International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He also holds undergraduate degrees in Military Science and Architectural Technology.
