Glenn S. Simmonds Global Seed Asset Reliability Leader Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, North Carolina State University Glenn joined DuPont in 1997 as part of the DuPont Engineering Field Program, assigned as a production engineer in the BCF Nylon (Stainmaster' carpet fibers) facility at Waynesboro, VA. After a series of engineering, mechanical integrity, and reliability roles in high-hazard chemical operations at the Chambers Works NJ site, he spent 3 years based in Richmond, VA implementing SAP-PM for the Kevlar', Nomex', and Tyvek' business globally. He then moved into the Electronics & Communications Business as Global Reliability Leader where he led a network of 11 sites globally through various improvement efforts in mechanical integrity, work management, and several site CMMS deployments. Glenn joined DuPont Pioneer in Sept 2015 after working with the Asset Management Optimization deployment project at one of the strategic business sites. Glenn has a team of direct and indirect reports that implement and manage the various aspects of Asset Reliability across the 70+ facilities in the global seed production network for Corteva Agriscience'.
