Bruce Wesner has over 34 years of maintenance, engineering and operations management experience. Bruce holds Associate and Bachelor degrees in Engineering from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Bruce also applied his industrial experience and expertise to achieve an MBA with an emphasis in Management. He is a strong business leader with extensive senior management experience with world class companies in: HVAC (OEM products), heavy steel fabrication (Tier 1 supplier), tubular steel fabrication (high volume OEM production), high tolerance machining, mining, oil and gas refining, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical operations and building products. Recently, Bruce has obtained his Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) accreditation to further support organizations in their reliability journey. Bruce's strength is driving improvements through lean and reliability-based initiatives. Certified by Prosci' as a Change Management Leader, Bruce is very adept at applying organizational change management principles that create successful, sustainable outcomes in manufacturing organizations. Bruce has been trained in lean manufacturing and Toyota Production System methodologies under the tutelage of Shingujitsu Consulting of Nagoya, Japan. His expertise includes leading change and mentoring tactically and strategically to achieve results in multi-shift/multi-disciplinary operations. Bruce currently is the Senior Director, Engineering Services for PGT Custom Windows and Doors in Venice, FL where he is responsible for all Process/Quality Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Automation/Controls, Facilities and Tool Room, Sustaining Engineering and EH&S technical groups. Bruce is currently implementing an Operation Reliability framework across the PGT Venice Operations to drive Asset Performance and enable Operational performance while also extending the Operational Reliability across the South East Business Unit for PGT Innovations.
